For orders below 1500 TK, a small delivery charge will apply based on your location.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka.
If your order arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your package — simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Exchange: We will replace the product with a new one of the same value.
Return: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping:
Free for damaged or wrong items.
Customer pays shipping for voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind).

A product will not be accepted for return or exchange if any of the following items are missing:
The complete product with all original accessories and packaging.
The purchase receipt or proof of order from Chosma Mela.
The warranty card (if applicable).
A verification report or defect note issued by our service or quality inspection team.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within the timeframe permitted by current consumer protection laws and may take 7–10 business days depending on your payment method.
